Existing customers include large US financial institutions as well as high-growth start-ups.


Spryte Labs is looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional to join our Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sales team. This individual will drive sales and customer account relationships with strategic BFSI firms on the East Coast.


This individual must be a proven self-starter that excels in ‘build mode’, is innovative and is capable of building client relationships with some of the leading BFSI companies in the US. Ideally this sales professional will have passion for the innovation taking place in financial services.


In this role, you will be the driving force for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, working with Spryte Labs top BFSI partners and customers, and achieving revenue targets in the US for BFSI sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Effectively manage customers, pipeline, and forecasting through Hubspot
  • Target and drive new customer acquisition in a set of designated accounts
  • Collaborate with the wider Global Sales team to help Spryte partners deliver successful outcomes for banking and capital markets clients
  • Work closely with clients to find opportunities, sell and deliver Spryte Labs technology and services
  • Use your professional knowledge of the industry to navigate and influence enterprise technology buyers
  • Leverage existing relationships to identify possible opportunities based on past success and experience within BFSI ecosystem
  • Build trusted relationships with key customer decision-makers, influencers, and delivery teams
  • Drive successful adoption of Spryte Labs technology and services to a designated set of accounts or territories
  • Effectively position Spryte Labs’s value proposition to prospective customers within a highly competitive market
  • Collaborate with our Product Management team to drive the evolution of our product suite, including potential integrations with BFSI firms

  • Requirements:

    • Strong and confident communication skills and solid technical understanding that enables successful customer relationship management at engineering, commercial, and executive levels
    • Minimum of 3 years of technology services sales experience in the financial sector
    • Proven track record of success; generating $1M+ revenue from clients
    • Hold a consultative approach to helping customers along their journey to build and deliver innovative solutions to the financial services industry.
    • Must have working experience of enterprise selling and demonstrated success against quota in a highly competitive environment
    • Experience of working in a fast paced, innovative and rapidly evolving company
    • A passion for capital market technologies would be a bonus
