Overview ABOUT THE ROLE
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeting outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
NOTE: This position can be either part-time or full-time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere. The team here at Ascend is located throughout the United States and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
- Follow up with warm leads via email, social media, and cold calling.
- Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM

The Pay
Base plus commission. This position has the opportunity to yield 6-figure on-track earnings if KPI’s are met

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, etc)
- Familiar with telesales, warm/cold calling
- Previous work with CRM software (i.e .GoHighLevel preferred, Hubspot, or Active Campaign)
- Advanced knowledge of PC, Windows operating systems, Internet and mainstream web browsers
- Previous work in Project Management software (Clickup preferred)
- Intermediate knowledge/expertise with software (Word and Excel)
- Multitasking skills and detail-oriented focus are required for a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- 2-4 years of related experience in sales or sales support role
- Familiar with email marketing, and outbound cold email.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
