💫 Your Role 💫

As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You'll be responsible for

• Supporting day-to-day studio operations, including maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere.
• Greeting clients and providing them with exceptional service, leaving a lasting impression that keeps them coming back.
• Handling phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Collaborating with our team of massage therapists to create a cohesive and enjoyable experience for clients and staff.
• Selling our wellness membership program, ensuring clients understand the benefits and value.

🌟 What We're Looking For 🌟

• Knowledge of MINDBODY is a plus!
• Availability to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences and fostering a vibrant, positive work environment.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the wellness or spa industry.
• A team player who takes pride in their work and is eager to contribute to the overall success of our studio and go the extra mile.
