Sales Associate (Client Advisor)

4 DAY WORK WEEK AFTER INITIAL TRAINING! NON COMMISSIONED SALES! $48,000 salary per year plus BONUS! No auto dealership experience preferred. 40 Hours of PTO after only 90 days of employment. Matching 401k up to 6% and 100% vested from day one of enrollment. Paid training. 32 hours of Volunteer PTO per year.

They handle the entire car buying experience from the moment the guest walks in the door or from the moment they call or email for questions. We pay our Client Advisors on salary, not commission. We feel this provides both our employees and guests with a non-pressure environment.
Requirements for this position include, but not limited to:

• Scheduling your own appointments
• Facilitate an exciting test drive experience
• Operating numerous technology platforms to interact with guests
• Assist each guest as they move through the buying journey
• Overall, conduct a positive guest experience that redefines the car industry
• Present warranty and protection products
• Answering guest calls and providing a great conversational experience
• Continual guest follow-up and engagement
• Be knowledgeable in the manufacturer car line

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.

• 4 year college degree preferred
• Teachable - Must be willing to learn and grow. This job will stretch you and you must be willing (and hopefully excited) to learn and grow in your ability to sell over the phone.
