Job Description
Compensation: $4k base per month + bonus!

Our Client Advisors are the foundation of our guest experience, by providing a seamless, fun, and simple buying process. They handle the entire car buying experience from the moment the guest walks in the door or from the moment they call or email for questions. Nelson’s CA's are detail-oriented, high energy, teachable, fun, hardworking, and committed to outstanding guest service.
We pay our Client Advisors on salary, not commission. We feel this provides both our employees and guests with a non-pressure environment.

Requirements for this position include, but not limited to:
  • Scheduling your own appointments
  • Overall, conduct a positive guest experience that redefines the car industry
  • Answering guest calls and providing a great conversational experience
  • Present warranty and protection products
  • Assist each guest as they move through the buying journey
  • Facilitate an exciting test drive experience
  • Continual guest follow-up and engagement
  • Operating numerous technology platforms to interact with guests
  • Be knowledgeable in the manufacturer car line
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with any potential client/customer or team member.
  • Extremely Proficient with Internet/Computer Skills
  • Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment tests to include background checks, drug test, and valid driver’s license.
  • 4 year college degree preferred but not required
  • Extrovert Personality - Goal driven. Someone who loves setting goals and working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Teachable - Must be willing to learn and grow. This job will stretch you and you must be willing (and hopefully excited) to learn and grow in your ability to sell over the phone.
