STRIDE Fitness is a national boutique fitness franchise that offers treadmill-based interval training group classes. Each class delivers a total-body cardio and strength workout designed for every fitness level and led by dynamic STRIDE certified coaches. Using state-of-the-art Woodway treadmills and MyZone heart rate monitors, STRIDE offers a supportive and inclusive environment providing three signature class formats including interval, endurance-based, and strength training.

Role Description

This is an on-site part-time role for a Sales Associate located in Nashville, TN. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting and selling STRIDE Fitness memberships, and supporting daily operations within the studio. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries and concerns, providing tours and demonstrations of STRIDE Fitness facilities and classes, and maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ClubReady software a plus
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college education preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
