You will play a critical role in expanding our affiliate network and driving revenue growth through effective communication and networking. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our affiliate network, establishing strong relationships with affiliate partners, and monitoring affiliate performance to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
• High level of self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously while also being a team player.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new affiliate networks, and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement and innovation of our affiliate marketing programs.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Help develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand exposure.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing regular communication, support, and performance feedback.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to commute to and from work
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to identify and address client objections effectively.
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners that align with our target audience and business objectives.
