We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Implementation Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate finance and knowledge of capital structure concepts and will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery. This role will be a part of our Client Success and Sales team working on deploying and scaling the next generation of tools for our clients. Our goal is to provide technology that helps our clients monitor the debt in their portfolios and provide hedging and derivative advisory services to reduce risk and increase profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integration project plans, including timelines, data connections and mapping, resource allocation, and training
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs
Work with product teams and external partners, to ensure project deliverables are met on time
Communicate project status and progress on an ongoing basis to internal stakeholders and clients, and address any issues or concerns promptly
Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues, and escalate when necessary
Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure the successful execution of customer implementation, onboarding and delivery of our current and future product offerings
Develop project management best practices that can be automated with productivity tools to scale execution across large and small accounts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a field related to project management
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in SaaS integration program management required
Experience in commercial real estate finance or derivatives preferred
Proficiency in leading external client engagements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, across global regions and time zones
Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
