We are looking for a career oriented HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our Columbus, OH team as a Roving Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for assisting several communities in the Columbus area. When the candidate is not filling in at properties or helping with HVAC needs, they would join other team members assigned to work on special projects.

What We Need from you:

  • Valid Driver's License and travel required. Paid mileage
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Basic Electrical, Drywall, Plumbing and Hand Tool knowledge
  • HVAC/EPA Certification required
  • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
  • Electric heat pump experience preferred
