Overview The Apartment Maintenance Roving Lead is responsible for providing maintenance services to apartment buildings and other residential properties. The Roving Lead is expected to be a leader in the maintenance department and provide guidance and support to other maintenance staff. Detailed Job Description The Apartment Maintenance Roving Lead is responsible for providing maintenance services to apartment buildings and other residential properties. This includes performing preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, and troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. The Roving Lead will also be responsible for supervising and training other maintenance staff, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Roving Lead will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. Job Skills Required

• Technical expertise in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience in apartment maintenance

• Valid driver’s license

• EPA certification
