DarkStar Intelligence is looking for a mid-level Role Player Coordinator role player contract at a government client in site in Quantico, VA.

Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the contract role players and the JCITA course teams.
• Work jointly with other instructors and SMEs in support of learning objectives.
• Ensure role players are operating within established training guidelines and in accordance with learning objectives.
• Be responsible for scheduling and coordinating role players to support non-surveillance-related practical exercises associated with JCITA course offerings.
• Serve as a role player when unexpected situations make it necessary (e.g. scheduled role players become unavailable on the day role player support is required/scheduled).

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years experience planning, creating, and staffing complex work schedules based on customer priorities and requirements.
• US government clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI + CI Poly (preferred)
• Possess a valid US driver’s license
• Have hands-on experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Have a broad knowledge of surveillance techniques and strong oral communication skills.
