On-Site Role Player Lead

DarkStar Intelligence is looking for an experienced onsite lead for a role player contract at a government client in site in Quantico, VA.

Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Work jointly with instructors and subject matter experts (SMEs) in order to understand the requirement for roles required to execute practical exercises that support learning objectives.
• Capture, fill and deconflict all requirements for role players and surveillance teams in order to support various practical exercises associated with course offerings and is responsible for the overall performance of contract role players.
• Serve as a role player only when unexpected situations make it necessary (e.g. scheduled role players become unavailable on the day role player support is required/scheduled).
• Supervise contractor personnel to ensure quality performance and contract compliance, and ensure a safe and fair work environment.
• Provide day-to-day management and supervision of contract personnel and support operations, potentially involving multiple tasks with large groups of personnel across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Must have demonstrated experience in interfacing directly with the Government to capture, prioritize, and deconflict requirements.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ supervisory experience sufficient to ensure positive direction of subordinates.
• Possess excellent oral communication skills and have the ability to plan for, and manage, numerous complex and time critical activities simultaneously.
• US government clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI + CI Poly (preferred)
