100% FTE, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. No weekends or holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at 700 University Bay Drive in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN ) to:

• Supervise the Registered Nurses who provide care in the Employee Health Services clinic. This includes recruitment, retention, performance reviews and professional development of clinical staff.
• Analyze clinical practice and identify opportunities to increase quality, safety, effectiveness and efficiency of clinic operations.
• Assist the Manager in leading the day-to-day operations and coordination of services provided in clinic. This includes staff scheduling, monitoring compliance with policies and procedure and identifying clinical improvement opportunities.

Education :

Minimum – Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Work Experience :

Minimum – Two (2) years of occupational health RN experience.

Preferred – One (1) year of progressive relevant leadership experience.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum – RN licensed in the state where employed.
