We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN ) to:
- Supervise the Registered Nurses who provide care in the Employee Health Services clinic. This includes recruitment, retention, performance reviews and professional development of clinical staff.
- Analyze clinical practice and identify opportunities to increase quality, safety, effectiveness and efficiency of clinic operations.
- Assist the Manager in leading the day-to-day operations and coordination of services provided in clinic. This includes staff scheduling, monitoring compliance with policies and procedure and identifying clinical improvement opportunities.

Education :
Minimum – Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Work Experience :
Minimum – Two (2) years of occupational health RN experience.
Preferred – One (1) year of progressive relevant leadership experience.
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum – RN licensed in the state where employed.
