Rn Designee (Assisted Living) - 8A-4P, Part-Time - $ 28.00/Hr-$ 34.50/Hr

Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services (DON):

• Completes nurse reviews and delegates / provides direct nursing care to tenants in the assisted living, according to contracted service plans
• Oversees the provision of quality care carried out by the assisted living team members, both certified (e.g. CNA, CMA) and non-certified (e.g. Universal Worker), as needed

Qualifications / Requirements

• Must have outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
• Must have an unrestricted and active Iowa (or compact state) RN license
• Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Additional Information

Shift: 8a-4p; approx. twenty-four (24) hours/wk

Weekend Package Option: Yes

Base Wage: $28.00/hr, Negotiable (DOE)

Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years

2nd Shift Differential: $5.00/hr

Weekend Package Incentive Pay: $4.00/hr
