Job Description

Our Retail Campaign Data Analyst will be responsible for the design, testing, presentation, implementation, and analytics for the Merchandising team serving 350+ convenience stores located throughout New England, New York & Virginia. This position will work with the Merchandising department, along with other internal teams and our external brand partners to maximize item sales, basket sales, transactions, and profits across our promotions and loyalty platforms. We offer a flexible work environment, with the option to work from home up to two days a week.

  • Works closely with multiple high-profile vendors to ensure campaign reporting is accurate or corrections are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Works closely with internal teams to identify and process multiple types of campaigns and discounts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders both within Global Partners and across our external partners to consolidate data and communicate results. (Includes Vendors, Tech partners and Data Partners).
  • Communicating effectively across all levels of management throughout various departments within the company with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Monitors campaign data performance to ensure accurate setup and activation as well as reporting accuracy.
  • Proactively identify areas for advanced analytical efforts that can drive savings and efficiencies across the enterprise.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI & Smartsheet helpful
  • Willing to learn price management and discounting automation tools
  • College education with a concentration in business, economics or statistics is preferred
  • Three to five years of previous work experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Knowledge in retail transaction data, analysis
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, Power BI)
