Job Description
The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel company that sells clothing and accessories online, in over 500 stores, and 8 brand stores. TNB is aggressively scaling our brick-and-mortar footprint. We are looking for a strong Retail Operations Assistant to support, plan and organize inventory counts for current stores and new store openings appropriately.


  • Assist with periodic store replenishment process to ensure each store has optimal inventory styles and quantities available
  • Assist with retail store staff recruiting and on-boarding as needed
  • Analyze the results of the cycle count reports, address discrepancies with store managers, and other ad hoc reporting
  • Manage stores supply purchasing and budgets.
  • Manage current stores and new stores buildout process to complete any outstanding work efficiently
  • Initiate and communicate transfer of inventory seasonally as needed
  • Assist with full store inventory counts as needed
  • Prepare weekly cycle count reports for each retail store
  • Plan, coordinate and manage pop up events this Fall/ Winter in St. Louis
  • Provided recommended and place initial store inventory order for all new store openings
  • Direct communication with store managers to improve any deficiencies or recommended process improvements
  • Identify and quantify inventory trends, including unique sales trends relating to each store to optimize inventory planning, including sales and inventory shrinkage
  • Organize, support and coordinate events for all stores
  • Order supplies for stores upon request. i.e. stationery, and branded shopping bags
  • Assist with organization and planning of new store launches
  • Plan and coordinate Pop-up sales events, to include identifying events, prepping inventory, setup and tear-down, and staffing
