Summary:Kitchen professional with recipe preparation and dish execution experience. Teamwork amongst kitchen staff during both prep and service shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties:

·Station Inventory:Keeping daily track or recipe and food item pars for each individual station. Filling out prep sheet needs for next day.

·Making Food:Prepare food and have extensive knowledge of written recipes and to assist other cooks/chefs. Competency with kitchen equipment and tools. Restock supplies as needed.

·Customer Service:Ensure customers are receiving excellent service and product amongst yourself and staff. Improving systems for the everyday operation of the kitchen. Making sure food is executed in a timely fashion.

·Work as a team:Pitch in where the Kante Group/Crossroads Cookery team needs support.

Qualifications

· Customer service experience preferred

· Willing and desire to work an inclusive environment

· Willingness to learn

· Speed and efficiency for preparation and menu execution

· Previous kitchen experience preferred

Pay: $13-$16, based on experience
