General Manager Jobs

We are seeking a strong leader with a passion for working with people. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the guest experience. You will play a key role in delivering the RMC difference. You will be responsible for the successful operation of the hotel and setting expectations within each department.

What you will be doing:

• Leading and overseeing the hotel sales plan and budget guidelines, including labor management.
• Leading the recruitment and selection process for leadership teammates and participating in the recruitment and selection of teammates.
• Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
• Training and promoting the company’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
• Identifying operational opportunities and creating action plans to overcome operational challenges.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
