Weekly and monthly scheduling and resource management

  • Lead weekly resourcing meetings with heads of functions to discuss staffing needs, identify areas of underutilization, as well as opportunities to rebalance workload, and ensure key milestones and ad-hoc requests are filled.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to determine work and / or resource gaps that could be done by less expensive resources internally or externally. Work with department heads and talent acquisition to source, upskill (if necessary), recruit and manage this type of talent, availabilities, project assignments, and negotiated rates – actively maintaining all necessary details.
