Residential Real Estate Photographer

Our top real estate agency is currently looking for our next great creative Photographer/Videographer! The ideal candidate will work independently photographing and videoing the homes of our seller clients and doing some portrait photography of our team and events.

This is a full-time salaried position with additional areas of compensation. There may be 1-10 shoots per week. Generally, the photographer will be on location between 1 and 3 hours. Flexible schedules are necessary and daytime shoots are typical. Some twilight hours, Saturday, and Sunday shoots may be necessary but are not the norm. This position will also be someone that can help take team headshots, videography, drone photography, and capture the overall team experience.

$30,000 - $55,000 yearly

• Maintain a flexible schedule and attend multiple shoots per day or week in order to meet the needs of our clients
• Edit and manipulate photos to produce high quality results
• Offer advice and assist real estate agents in the staging of a property to ensure best visual results
• Photograph homes listed for sale ensuring properties look their best and sell fast
• Contribute to and assist with website and social media marketing so properties and agency are represented in the best possible way

• Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment
• Good computer skills and experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop are a must
• Real estate photography experience a plus, but we will train the right person
• Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last minute creative suggestions and changes
• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
