Residential Project Manager Jobs

Hawk Painting is a residential and commercial painting contractor based in Abilene, Texas. Our team consists of five crew leaders in the Abilene market.

We are seeking a strong communicator with an outgoing personality to direct the flow of information between our teams and our clients.

The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation, proven work experience and a team player.

The Residential Project Manager & Office Assistant (RPMOA) is the interface between our clients and the company from initial contact to closing out a project.

Initial Contact: answer and return telephone calls between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Typical calls are to schedule estimates, accept estimates and coordinate the start of a project.

Coordination: collect deposits, confirm color choices, and set tentative start dates for projects.

In Progress: mid project check-ins with crew leaders to update completion timelines and any changes to project scopes of work and update clients on closing out the job process.

Closing Out: walk project with crew leader to quality check work performed and present client with finished project to include collecting payment.

Most of our teams are self sufficient and require minimal management beyond the start and finish of a project.

Office Duties: tasks are varied – most times it is making phone calls on behalf of the company and gathering information or scheduling meetings.

Average Weekly Hours – 15-20, Average Hourly Pay - $20-25

Job Type: Part-time

Hours in June-September typically increase to 25-30 hours. Position has room for growth.
