Construction Manager - Residential Homes

If you have at least 2 years of full-production construction management experience in the residential homebuilding space and are ready to hit the ground running, we’d love to talk to you!

As a builder, you’ll be managing the field operations of the company, delivering a quality product, and providing customer service after the sale. You will be that crucial front-line person who helps us fulfill our commitment to our customers. These semi-custom homes range from $400,000 to $700,000.

A few of the responsibilities for this role are:

• Controlling all direct, indirect, and warranty expenses
• Coordinating all materials, labor, and subcontractors to construct homes in accordance with the scopes of work
• Maintaining the appearance of all field personnel, equipment, jobsites, and subdivisions to enhance sales
• Delivering a quality product on time and providing customer service on a timely basis to satisfy all reasonable customer requests within our established process
• Working in coordination with the Purchasing Manager to hire and train all trade partners necessary to achieve the above results

You MUST have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the residential homebuilding industry and be ready to hit the ground running.

A working knowledge of BuilderPro is preferred.
