Residential House Manager and Assistant Manager
Koba periodically hires House Managers to be the general supervisor of one of our group homes, and Assistant Managers to work under senior management. All prospective candidates for this position must at least have a college degree in business, hospitality, public administration or related, or at least three-five years of direct experience working in a management position with adolescents.

Responsibilities for this position include supervising and evaluating all youth counselors, providing coverage in emergency staff shortage situations, conducting individual and group counseling sessions, and providing support to parents and agency workers.

They should also prepare financial estimates and administer budgets, develop organization policies and draft operational handbooks, implement quality control and manage personnel. The candidates should be able to make recommendations to senior management for policy change by using statistical data policies and analysis.
