What will I do as an employee with Redstone?
As a Resident Care Supervisor, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Maintains regulatory compliance with significant change and annual assessments, medical evaluations (DME) and support plans (RASP) and completes BHSL paperwork for new admissions (Pre-Admission Screening, DME and RASP).
• Covers the medication passes, treatments and overall resident care tasks in accordance with physician orders/instructions, in the event of absence or vacancy in the schedule.
• Orients new CNA's & PCAS, and ensures ongoing staff education with these staff members
• Oversees all second shift CNAS & PCAS in the personal care setting.
• Assists with coordination of resident admissions, hospital transfers and discharges, including electronic entry of resident data and orders. Processes physician orders and communicates with family members by telephone or in person to discuss and provide updates on resident's care or condition.
• Ensures completion of new Personal Care resident and family orientation.
• Assists in planning, directing, and monitoring quality assurance programs to ensure quality resident care and delivery of services.
• Assess reports and maintains accurate documentation regarding resident conditions. Must be able to recognize significant changes in the conditions of residents.

What do I need for this role with Redstone?

• A valid PA LPN / RN license
• At least 2 years of management/supervisory experience
