Posting Summary


Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Research Assistant for the School of Arts and Sciences ( SAS ) Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies department.


Among the key duties of this position are the following:


  • Performs research related to his or her degree program under the guidance and oversight direction of the Director of Graduate Studies for the Department of Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies.
  • Assists the Director of Graduate Studies with the preparation of the academic semester.
  • Assists the Director of Graduate Studies with research related to WGSS graduate program curriculum.

Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Minimum of two years relevant experience in an administrative and/or research function.
