Research Assistant Jobs

Conduit is seeking part-time researchers to work on nanoSPLASH and expand Conduit's work with diagnosing diseases such as HIV, Tuberculosis, and Alzheimer's. The ideal candidate will have a background in nanotechnology, synthetic biology, and computational microscopy.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze experimental data and present findings to the Conduit team
• Conduct experiments to validate the efficacy and accuracy of nanoSPLASH and related diagnostic tests
• Stay up-to-date with current research and developments in nanotechnology, synthetic biology, and computational microscopy
• Conduct research and development on nanoSPLASH and related technologies
• Collaborate with the Conduit team to develop new diagnostic tests for HIV, Tuberculosis, Alzheimer's, and other diseases

Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in the use of scientific software and tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as nanotechnology, synthetic biology, or bioengineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and experience in computational microscopy
• Experience working in a laboratory environment is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
