Through research, drafting briefs, and organizing learning opportunities, you will contribute to the movement towards a fairer and more equitable justice system. What You'll Do:

• Conduct research and draft briefing papers and informational materials on prosecutive best practices and innovative approaches.
• Plan and organize in-person and remote gatherings for prosecutive leaders to learn from each other and experts in the field.
• Support academic collaborations and identify learning opportunities and partnerships to enhance the implementation of new justice system practices.
• Assist in gathering information from prosecutors, academics, and subject matter experts on topics such as reducing incarceration, bail reform, and addressing racial inequities.
• Interface with recently elected prosecutors, national organizations, academics, and justice system leaders.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

• You have a strong commitment to reforms in prosecution and changes to the criminal legal system.
• Ability to effectively communicate with prosecutive leaders and their staff.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and keep a large national project organized.
• Understanding of justice and policy reform work.
• Strong writing, research, and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; JD, Master's Degree, or equivalent preferred.
