Performance+Intelligence is the data-driven heartbeat of Allison+Partners. Analysts within Performance+Intelligence work with a broad range of teams across the agency, acting as a central source of expertise on all things data. Our work includes primary research, data science, secondary research, analytics, social listening, media monitoring and other diverse specialties. PI works with global brands and serves as the driving force behind key agency initiatives, including IP development and innovation. Analysts are encouraged to specialize in the areas of technical expertise they are passionate about and are empowered to create their own unique career paths.
The Position
We are seeking an analyst to join our Performance+Intelligence team. This is a junior level position where you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about data and best practices in research and analytics. In this role, you’ll be sourcing and using data to help guide decisions, measure performance and identify opportunities. This role includes working with primary and secondary data sources. This role will support a wide range of clients as well as agency initiatives, including new business and intellectual property development.
What You’ll Do
- Use the collected data to develop insights to inform strategy or measure success
- Collect and analyze data across from a myriad of sources, including primary research, industry reports, client communication campaigns, etc., using data collection, organization and scoring best practices
- Creates comprehensive reports that include summaries of key insights, incorporating results from all available data sources
What You’ll Need
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Passion for exploring the latest trends in data and analytics
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Experience in data collection and analysis, preferably in marketing or communications (quantitative analysis, or analytics for traditional media, social media or digital/web analytics)
- Data visualization skills
- Comfort with both structured and unstructured data sources
- Experience such as college/internship in research, marketing, public relations or related fields

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $55-$80k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
