Research Analyst Intern Jobs

Compensation: $1500 per month

AI Forge is a life-changing 12-week in person artificial intelligence incubator that takes early-stage start-ups to the next level in their business journey. Currently, we are seeking three (3) Research Analysts for our growing team in Miami.

Job Summary: As a Research Analyst Intern at our AI incubator, you will have a significant impact on the success of our cohort companies by providing valuable research insights. Your primary responsibility will be to assist startups in each cohort with market research, competitor analysis, and identifying pain points within their target markets. By leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data, you will contribute to improving their business strategies. Additionally, you will primarily support the Program Director in the day-to-day operations of the incubator, including logistics management and coordinating workshops, masterclasses, and events.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of start-up incubation and entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities:

• Assist startups in analyzing industry trends, customer behaviors, and emerging technologies relevant to their respective markets.
• Collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to provide startups with valuable insights and recommendations for improving their products, services, and overall business strategies.
• Support startups in developing market entry strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and market dynamics in AI and relevant sectors.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to support startups in understanding their target markets, identifying customer pain points, and uncovering business opportunities.
• Collaborate with startup teams to define and refine their value proposition, market positioning, and customer segmentation based on research findings.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to research activities and incubator operations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of incubator programs by providing research-based insights and feedback.
• Support general administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the incubator as needed.
• Assist the Program Director in organizing and coordinating logistics for workshops, masterclasses, and events, including venue arrangements, participant registration, and materials preparation.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including survey design, data analysis, and report writing.
• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Market Research, Data Science, or related disciplines).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present research findings and recommendations.
• Ability to be on-site, three days per week (Tuesday-thursday) for the duration of the cohort (12 weeks), at our Downtown Miami office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for entrepreneurship, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis software is desirable.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, synthesize, and interpret data from various sources.
• Familiarity with market research tools and techniques, such as competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and trend analysis.
