Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Repair & Maintenance - General Maintenance is responsible for the overall maintenance of the guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel.


Qualifications


QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:


EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Computer knowledge (windows platform)
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish
  • High school, Vocational or Technical school graduate


EXPERIENCE

  • Some hospitality experience preferred.
  • At least two to three years of progressive experience in hotel or related field required.
  • Experience in General Maintenance trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering and masonry.
