Renewal Representative Jobs

Location: Remote in the United States

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, partners and distributors
• Manage the transaction process from quote through PO
• Work seamlessly with Account Executives and CSM’s to ensure renewal and expansion sales are maximized
• Actively participate in company-wide efforts to improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain close long-term customer relationships
• Drive subscription revenue throughout the territory
• Create accurate forecasts and participate in pipeline reviews

Expected Outcomes

• Achievement of Enterprise customers revenue commitment objectives, inclusive of renewals, upsell and cross sell (120%)

Requirements

• Team player and collaborative
• Enthusiastic, Positive Demeanor and Professional Customer Service skills
• Strong desire to learn sales processes including quoting, forecasting and closing
• Knowledge of Cyber Security is a huge plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Must Play to Win
• Patient and calm under pressure but also acts with a sense of urgency
• Strong commitment to reaching your goals consistently
• Organized, knows how to prioritize, and attentive to detail
• Familiarity with the buying cycle of software products

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS renewals
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related industry experience
