Remote Tourism Advisor Jobs

We are looking to hire an organized, outgoing individual to help support our administrative and sales team remotely. All candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with administrative support in a remote office, support role.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Coordinate with supplies – attending to all details.
• On-board new team members.
• Capture digital data and complete reports in a timely manner.
• Process expense reports and submit for reimbursement.
• Create orientation and administrative training videos using Loom.
• Maintain SOPs Maintain Slack and Clickup platforms.
• Plan off-site meeting including site selection, meals and breaks, and agendas.
