Skoolio is an innovative educational platform offering 1:1 online tutoring in a variety of subjects, catering to both national and international boards. We pride ourselves on flexibility, enabling students and parents to control their educational journey.
As a Sales Intern at Skoolio, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing brand visibility. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing startup while gaining hands-on experience in sales and customer relationship management.
- Lead Generation: Identify and create new qualified opportunities through inbound and outbound strategies.
- Cold Calling/Emailing: Engage with potential customers to explain Skoolio's offerings and generate interest.
- Customer Onboarding: Assist new clients in navigating through the platform and provide a smooth onboarding experience.
- Follow-ups: Maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through regular check-ins.
- Reporting: Document daily sales activities and produce weekly reports to track progress against targets.
- Good organizational skills and time management
- Basic understanding of sales processes and dynamics
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not necessary
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn
