Remote Event Coordinator Jobs

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Event Coordinator to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with experienced travel coordinators to plan and coordinate travel arrangements for our clients. We welcome applicants with no prior experience or degree in event coordination, but who possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for travel.
Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
• Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure that all aspects of travel are being coordinated effectively
• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Develop and distribute travel itineraries to clients
• Assist in managing travel budgets and ensure expenses are tracked and reported accurately
• Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to travel arrangements
• Participate in evaluating travel success and provide feedback to the team and clients for future improvements

Requirements

• Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus
• Flexibility to work outside of traditional business hours, as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
