Job Description
A client relations associate is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with products or services, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. They may also be responsible for generating new business by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients. Other duties may include conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are typically required for this role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies
  • Contribute to the development of new client relationships and business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate client records and update databases as needed
  • Provide product and service information to clients
  • Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and chat
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention
  • Assist clients in providing our services and offerings
  • Collaborate with team members to improve client experience
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues


Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills, including strong writing and phone etiquette
  • Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
