Remote Career Advisor (Entry Level - Training Provided)

We are looking for a full time REMOTE Career Services Advisors in the healthcare education field (that reside anywhere in Florida). This is an entry level role with training provided, but ideal candidate may have experience or interest working in employment staffing, career services, out-placement services, recruiting, account management, or inside sales. Completed Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree is required.

Target Start Date: September 11, 2023

Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST

Pay + Raises + Bonuses: $18+/hour starting pay, plus continual $0.25-$0.50 raises over first 24 months until you reach $22/hour, PLUS eligibility for additional quarterly bonuses

CANNOT HAVE ANY PLANNED DAYS OFF BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 11, 2023 -OCTOBER 13, 2023

Location: Fully Remote/Virtual, but must reside in Florida, Georgia, Arizona, or Texas

Training: Paid training will be provided the first 3 weeks of work – will also be fully remote

Job Summary:

As a Career Services Advisor, your main objective is to help identify, engage and inspire our students and graduates in finding the jobs that suit their skills and education. To do this you’ll provide the graduates with an excellent candidate experience; which consists of interview preparation, job matching and other tips for success to obtain a job in the healthcare field. You will build relationships with potential employers/hiring managers and coach them on all aspects of hiring our graduates; while challenging our employers/hiring managers to think broadly about how we educate and prepare our students for the future of their healthcare company. All communication will be done via outbound phone, email, and texts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Florida, Georgia, Arizona, or Texas
• Must be comfortable with the pay, shift, and target start date provided above
• Must be able to work independently from home with limited distractions or background noise
• Must be able to start on September 11, 2023, and CANNOT HAVE ANY PLANNED DAYS OFF BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 11, 2023 -OCTOBER 13, 2023
• Previous experience OR interest in working in education services, employment staffing, career services, recruiting, or sales within healthcare education
• Must be able to pass a 7-year criminal background check and standard drug screening
• Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Willingness to work in a high powered, dynamic, energetic and results-driven "call center" like environment; must be committed, self driven and have strong follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships over the phone with student, recent graduates and alumni, potential employers and hiring managers in the healthcare field -- will be trained!
