What you'll do


As a Release Coordinator, you'll lead the preparation and deployment of UWP 2.0 releases. You'll cover facilitation and coordination to ensure smooth predictable delivery and enable continuous process improvement with respect to product deployment. Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Change Management - Secure all necessary approvals (security, architecture, service transition, business, etc.) and collaborate with the transformation and enablement team as needed for each release.
  • Communication - Manage release communications with product stakeholders and dependent teams.
  • Deployment Preparation - Facilitate development of the script (run book) for release deployment.
  • Deployment Planning - Collaborate with team leads to determine feature readiness and release contents.
  • Continuous Improvement - Facilitate release retrospectives and manage subsequent process optimization.
  • Security Review - Ensure that each release complies with information and other security policies. Coordinate with external vendors with respect to penetration testing and other independent security testing on an as needed basis.
  • Deployment - Provide oversight of the deployment execution. Support troubleshooting and release progress and status reporting.

What you'll need


  • 5+ years of Agile Software Engineering and Jira experience, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred
  • 5+ years of Software PM experience
  • 5+ years of Software Product-model experience
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
  • 5+ years of Software experience

It would be awesome if you had


  • 2+ years of Customer Service / Support experience
  • 2+ years of enterprise SOR (system of record) exposure, preferred COBOL
  • 2+ years of React Native/Microservices- bounded context experience

Salary
$107,000 - $151,000 a year
Please be advised that due to the nature of this position, incumbents are subject to federal Drug & Alcohol safety regulations governing US Department of Transportation ("DOT") covered positions, including the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Pipeline Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA). As such, the Company’s testing programs and policies regarding the use of federally prohibited drugs or alcohol, for recreational or medical purposes, will remain in effect for these safety-sensitive, DOT covered positions.
