Description And Requirements


REL Business Manager owns the product offering and sales execution of the Commercial Accessories Products in the Public Sector, Global & Corp segments. Role requires an understanding of the products, how they are pulled through the channel and how customers use our products. The REL Business Manager understands the key product offerings, the competitive landscape, pricing and supply chain processes to set up, manage and execute to a sales plan for these products. This role works extensively with Finance for P&L Management and Marketing for demand generation.


The REL Business Manager Will Have The Following Responsibilities…


  • Manage the REL Product Portfolio Results: units, revenue and margin. Working with Finance team, REL Manager will own the pricing and profitability of the assigned products.
  • Own, launch and manage the REL Product Offering of Commercial Accessories
  • Own the Strategy for Commercial Accessories in the REL Portfolio. Meet with BM Segment leads to discuss the products and programs that will solve their solutions.
  • Communicate updates and product details to Internal and External Sales Team. Provide simplified and technical presentations.
  • Own the demand generation plan for Commercial Accessories in the GA, Corp, PS segments. Work with Marketing to launch and execute demand generation programs that grow sales.


Basic Requirements


  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


Preferred Requirements


  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in Excel, and other office applications
  • Familiarity with selling products in the Channel
  • Proficient in Qlik
  • Have financial acumen and understanding for P&L management processes
  • Experience and understanding of the product management processes
  • Excellent communication skills
