Rehabilitation Aide & Front Desk Assistant

Harmeling Physical Therapy is looking for a rehabilitation aide & front desk assistant to handle a variety of tasks in our Manchester, MA office, located at the Manchester Athletic Club.

The ideal candidate must have an upbeat, positive attitude, be able to multi-task, and be able to take initiative. The position requires the candidate to assist the physical therapists with patient care in the clinic and be responsible for general organization and upkeep of the clinic. Other duties include answering phones, scheduling, greeting patients, and general administrative tasks.

The following experience/interests are helpful, but not required:

• Willingness to learn new things and desire to work together with colleagues as a team
• Interest in clinical mentorship opportunities
• Interest in physical therapy and/or general healthcare
• Friendly, outgoing disposition; able to engage with patients and contribute to a positive culture within the office
