Job Description

This position will be primarily located in the district administration office building with flexibility to support and attend meetings in secondary buildings as necessary.


Position Criteria


  • Strong communication (reading, writing, speaking, listening) skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in PK-12 public education
  • Knowledge of the student enrollment process
  • Experience with Student Information Systems, PowerSchool preferred
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of individuals in a wide variety of settings.


Performance Criteria


  • District contact with NCAA Clearinghouse
  • Maintain and secure confidential files
  • Oversee the welcome process of new families to the district
  • Assist with SIS set up for class registration and monitor accuracy
  • Enter detailed student records for transcripts into SIS (Student Information System), run necessary reports and all Registrar duties for credit bearing courses
  • Registrar duties for secondary buildings and credit bearing courses
  • Assist process of student enrollment, transfers, and withdrawals for the district
  • Assist Associate Superintendents in the day to day functions of the district
  • District contact for home school and dual enrollment students
  • Primary point of contact for community members, parents, vendors seeking support from Associate Superintendents.
  • Provide support to building administration in the master schedule process as necessary and available
  • Ensure student FTE are currently documented and consistently applied across buildings
  • Attend high school student services meetings to support staff and students as needed
  • Develop meaningful relationships with all stakeholders (staff, students families, district personnel, community supports members)
  • Provide secretarial and administrator onboarding, training, and support for SIS
  • District registration, communication, and oversight for students in district online programming and other alternative programming as appropriate
  • Share, interpret, and calculate credits for college andalternative education partners
  • Collaborate and coordinate work with other departments/staff
