Job Description
SGR2 SIGN-ON BONUS $4,000 (Full-time employees) $46.00 - $52.00 (DOE) Shifts Available: DAY/NOC PART TIME FULL TIME WEEKEND AVAILABILITY JOB SUMMARY: A Registered Nurse (RN) working in our Skilled Nursing facility will provide day to day nursing care and ensure the safety of our residents while working to maximize their quality of life. This position will assist in the supervision of other healthcare workers including CNA's, CMA's and LPN's.: RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Communicate needs of resident to outside providers including but not limited to: Primary Care Provider, Home Health Agency, Pharmacy, etc
  • Quarterly Vacation Drawing
  • Keep residents’ family and physician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or conditions of health
  • 401K
  • Ensure residents’ chart is current
  • Wellness Fund
  • Complete incident and accident investigation in collaboration with other clinical personnel.
  • Uniform Fund
  • Assess resident for change of condition
