EPC1 Full Time + $4,000 Sign-on Bonus (Full-time employees) $45 - $52 per hour $2/Evening Shift Differential $3/NOC Shift Differential Day or NOC shift available JOB SUMMARY:: A Registered Nurse (RN) working in our Skilled Nursing facility will provide day to day nursing care and ensure the safety of our residents while working to maximize their quality of life. This position will assist in the supervision of other healthcare workers including CNA's, CMA's and LPN's.: RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate needs of resident to outside providers including but not limited to: Primary Care Provider, Home Health Agency, Pharmacy, etc
• Ensure residents’ chart is current
