Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our consulting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nutritional counseling and advice to skilled nursing homes, as well as developing and implementing nutrition plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dietetics and nutrition, an understanding of MDS CAA and care plan, be able to assess high risk residents, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We have a competitive salary and you are compensated for mileage, the facilities are located in Winter Haven, Lakeland and adjoining areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nutrition programs for geriatric residents.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Assessing nutritional needs of high risk residents.
  • Develop and implement nutrition plans for residents
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents.
