Job Description

ABA Spectrum Therapy hiring immediately! We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate individuals interested in providing direct behavioral therapy to our clients in the greater Austin, TX area. We have 2 locations - Leander and South Austin!

Description

Therapists apply knowledge of the principles of behavior analysis in a one-to-one setting to clients with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include:

  • Attending all trainings, staff meetings, other professional workshops and charitable/ marketing events as requested by the Clinical Director.
  • Participating in team meetings, parent training, client assessment and/or observation
  • Implementing programs designed by Supervisor
  • Applying behavior analytic techniques to reduce challenging and stereotypic behavior
  • Keeping work area neat and organized
  • Being punctual for all sessions and meets paperwork deadlines
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress through session data and data graphed daily
  • Rendering sessions accurately and on time


Applicants must be energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic. Reliable transportation is a must. Upper-division students or graduates with degrees in Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field and prior ABA experience are preferred. Full time- 30-40 hours per week
