Regional Vp Of Sales - Banking/Construction ($150K-$200K Ote)

We are a Design/Build company that focuses on building facilities for financial institutions. A qualified outside salesperson is needed right away in the NorthEast of the United States. The primary duty of this role is selling design/build services to financial institutions. Other duties include producing new revenue, developing new customer relationships, and maintaining existing client relationships.
What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and complete design and bid packages
• Participate in weekly Zoom sessions and on-site project meetings
• In charge of accomplishing regional goals and targets for sales, profits, and revenues
• Build ties with clients through meetings, industry events, and involvement in banking/credit union affiliations
• Follow up on sales leads that inside sales produced
• Make cold calls to prospective customers to generate leads
• To qualify project leads, use market data, trends, and predictions
• Carry out all essential pricing recaps, closures, and project follow-up
• Charged with promoting client relationships and sales for our scopes of work
• Create and give presentations to board & C-Level Executives

What You Need for this Position
