Peoplelink is seeking a Regional Operations Manager within our corporate office in South Bend, IN. As a Regional Operations Manager your primarily responsibility will be having and modeling high standards of self and others from service, delivery, operational execution, market representation and more. You are a type of person that doesn’t accept “socially accepted excuses.”


How You’ll Do It


You are a self-starter experienced in working with minimal supervision that can deliver coaching, provide training, be a driver of strong service and delivery, and understand how to effectively use tools. You will support the analysis and reporting of effective training to all new hires. You will be working toward driving continuous improvement that will ultimately turn ideas into action of process improvement and operational efficiency.


  • Ongoing and daily focus on ensuring operational compliance through spot check reviews and formally through Quarterly Performance Assessments executed for each branch
  • Ensure a high level of compliance to all internal company policies and processes are implemented and firmly followed through responsible branches
  • Providing direction and support to branch teams in supporting and executing customer operational requirements through assisting with new implementations, follow-up on initial implementation to ensure compliance and/or work with RVP and/or Area Manager on corrective action in addressing gaps
  • Assist and engage in the effective and timely training of TS/Recruiter team on AssureLink processes & procedures. Coordinate new hire training schedules with Training or Hiring Manager and initiate ongoing training with business partners and resources on an ongoing basis through off-site meetings, webinars, lunch ‘n learns, etc.
  • Support new market expansions by developing “launch” readiness operational plan tied to fulfillment
  • Use predictive recruiting analytics to establish benchmarks and implement process improvements on an ongoing basis as well as recognizing trends in the marketplace to recommend process change in the operational blueprint
  • Actively engaged in the training of new Branch Managers in AssureLink process, internal controls & policies, and processes
  • Strategic collaboration with RVP, Area Managers & business partners with the interpretation of fulfillment data to drive efficiencies and changes that align with the operational blueprint
  • Collaborates with management and business partners to define, develop and execute quality and compliance-related training as needed


What You’ll Bring


This is an experienced hire role, and you’ll need to bring 1-3 years of experience in operational compliance and Power BI. Here’s what else we’re looking for:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, or related field
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Avionte and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Able to initiate ongoing self-improvement in relation to job development and keep current with developments and trends
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License and ability to use personal vehicle daily to successfully perform job duties
  • Ability to travel at a minimum of two annual visits to each branch to assess, coach, and train to operational compliance
