Regional Manager Jobs

Our client is an industry-leading giant in the Petroleum/Energy space. This high-level individual will lead the Commercial business in the Regional Operating Center (ROC) for Idaho and Montana. They are responsible for the commercial employees, safety, operations, customers, sales, and technology. Their main objectives are to ensure safe operations, serve customers, increase sales, control expenses, and maximize profits. This leader is responsible for multi-million dollar P&L and EBITA goals of the commercial sector in the ROC's budget. They report to the VP of Commercial.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with the Controller to understand and leverage business and financial metrics for sales and customer impact
• Analyzing, adjusting, and evaluating sales and financial information to support business growth and measurement
• Taking initiative to improve and expand the business
• Encouraging best practices and collaboration within the Commercial business
• Providing leadership to Operations and Internal Operations to achieve goals and objectives

Qualifications

• Wholesale Diesel Sales/Distribution/Trading Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field required.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying opportunities for improving business results and profitability.
• Minimum of 10 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
• Strong expertise in business and financial management.
• Proven ability to handle conflict, stress, change, and crisis situations.
• Preferred experience in operations and sales
