Job Description
Overview:
Role:
Under the general guidance from theOperations Manager/VP of Operations, the Regional Service Manager(RSM)will be responsible for managing technicians and administrative staff. In this position, the candidate will need to be an effective communicator as it is critical to the development of our operational team and quality of support we provide to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review company reports and share with team
  • Ensure area meets or exceeds customer and company SLA requirements
  • Provide customer satisfaction
  • Delivery of all company goals and metrics
  • Dispatcher on-boarding
  • Maintain and communicate weekly activity schedule
  • Manage dispatchers and ensure company systems and procedures are followed
  • Escalation point for callbacks
  • Bottom line accountability for assigned divisions
  • Deliver high level of customer service on a consistent basis
  • Support ASM andthedevelopment of technicians
  • Recruiting and development of administration team
  • Excellent interpersonaland communication skills, both written and oral
  • Other duties, as assigned
  • Communicate needs to field teams (Dispatchers, ASM’s, Operations Manager, and VP’s)
  • Successfully promote company’s image, appearance, and reputation
  • Manage labor and material costs
  • Manage customer relationships for assigned area
  • Ensure efficient and well-planned scheduling of all calls
  • Evaluate and perform annual reviews with Operations Manager approval

Operational Responsibility :
  • Average truck volume$250,000 Annually
  • Work order average days open<7 Days
  • Work orders average days to approves<1 Day
  • PM completion on time>90%
  • SLA response time>80%
  • PM adds (found on PM) >60%
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
  • At least five (5)years of relatedHVAC Industry or other service business experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred:
  • Associate’s Degree and/or Bachelor’s Degreehighly preferred.

Physical requirements:
  • Continuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer
  • Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking
  • Able to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the day
  • Continuously able to work in office environment
  • Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to25% of time
  • Occasionally able to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Continuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours
  • Rarely requires climbing
