As a General Manager, you will have end to end responsibility for your region.

• Analyzing processes and data to simplify, find root cause, and resolve issues pro-actively.
• Motivating teams to turn strategy into execution through a large workforce.
• Speaking with customers placing them as your top priority.
• Establishing and executing business plans utilizing Honeywell’s growth drivers to grow share and profit.
• Understanding how to translate customer goals to solutions with software-industrial technology.
• Leading both direct and indirect employees.

You will also ensure a safe and engaged workforce and with high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive planning and reporting
• Manage contractual compliance and risk
• Accountable for Profit & Loss and growth
• Drive employment engagement
• Ensure safety compliance
• Manage customer relationships
• Understand growth drivers and integrate into customer roadmaps
• Develop staff competencies

You Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in industrial or technology sector
• Bachelor’s degree, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics or Science background
