Requirements

• Demonstrated care, self-motivation, and exceptional leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience within a full-service, high-volume restaurant environment
• Profound understanding of the financial aspects of restaurant operations
• Resilience in managing stress and adapting to impromptu demands
